Product Lead with end-to-end 0→1 experience, combining a hands-on builder mindset, a strong technical foundation, and a passion for building products people love.

Experience

Building and scaling a product from pre-MVP to Series A in an early-stage environment.

Fintech company that enables users to track, analyze, and optimize their net worth.

I joined getquin at a pre-MVP stage in 2019 and have been with the company for over six years, helping build and scale both the product and the organization through its growth to Series A (>$15M raised, 500K+ user downloads).

Product Lead

2022 - Now

As the company continued to scale, I transitioned into a product leadership role, leading and supporting other product managers while remaining closely involved in execution. My focus shifted toward enabling teams — aligning on priorities, improving collaboration with engineering and design, and ensuring consistent product quality across teams — while partnering closely with leadership on product strategy, and continuing to own a product team myself to stay close to delivery and decision-making.

Product Manager

2021 - 2022

As the product and organization grew, I moved fully into a product role and took end-to-end ownership across multiple engineering teams. My focus was on improving the core product and its main use cases, particularly portfolio tracking and connectivity. During this phase, we also launched getquin’s social network, adding a community layer that enabled users to share and discuss investments. I worked closely with engineering, design, and leadership to translate product direction into clear priorities and ensure reliable execution as complexity increased.

Product & Engineering

2019 - 2021

I joined getquin in 2019 as the company’s first employee, working hands-on as an engineer to help build the initial MVP. As the product took shape, I gradually moved into product ownership — defining core use cases, shaping early product decisions, and coordinating closely with engineering to turn early ideas into a functional, iteratable product in a highly ambiguous environment.

Projects

Below are selected product initiatives that illustrate how I approach product work in practice, from shaping problems to delivering solutions at scale.

Core product & user value

Work on the heart of the product — focused on helping users understand, manage, and improve their investments by transforming fragmented financial data into a clear, engaging, and trustworthy product experience.

Portfolio aggregation & tracking

I worked end to end on building a unified portfolio experience that lets users connect multiple financial institutions and view their full net worth in one place with up-to-date data. This experience was central to the product’s value, as clarity, reliability, and speed directly impacted user trust, engagement, and retention. I owned the core use cases and user flows, translating complex financial data and technical constraints into a clear, scalable product experience that improved over time.

Portfolio analysis & insights

For portfolio analysis and insights, I worked on a set of analytical tools that helped users understand their portfolios through performance tracking, dividend insights, asset allocation, and comparisons over time. These features turned aggregated data into actionable insights, enabling users to better understand risk and performance and engage more actively with their investments. I was responsible for translating complex financial data into clear, meaningful metrics and visualizations as the product evolved.

AI-Powered Portfolio Insights & Assistance

To extend the core product with decision support, I led the development of an AI-powered layer that helped users better understand and improve their portfolios through an AI portfolio score, concrete recommendations, and a conversational in-app assistant. Rather than positioning AI as a standalone feature, the goal was to apply it to real user problems — supporting investment decisions by offering an additional, transparent perspective on risk, structure, and opportunities while keeping users fully in control.

Social network

In parallel to the core portfolio product, I was involved end to end in building the social network, from shaping the initial concept to implementation within the product. This required balancing the dynamics of a two-sided marketplace — encouraging content creation while ensuring a high-quality and relevant experience for consumers. A key part of my role was designing interaction patterns and incentives that supported meaningful participation and sustainable network effects, while ensuring the social layer complemented the core portfolio product.

Platform, Integrations & Technical Foundations

Building the technical foundations that enable the product to scale — from financial connectivity and data infrastructure to reliable delivery across web and mobile apps.

How I work

This section highlights how I approach product work in practice, with a strong focus on execution, collaboration, and making progress in ambiguous environments.

Bias for Shipping and Learning

I believe the best way to learn is to ship. I prefer getting products into users’ hands early, learning from real usage, and iterating quickly—while still accounting for constraints, edge cases, and second-order effects.

Clarity Through Communication

Clear communication reduces friction and enables better execution. I tend to over-communicate context and goals to ensure alignment and help teams make confident, informed decisions.

Product and Technology Go Hand in Hand

A lot of value is created at the intersection of product and technology. I’m comfortable engaging with technical topics and collaborating closely with engineers to explore trade-offs and turn technical capabilities into meaningful user value.

Pragmatic Decision-Making & Trade-offs

Product work means making decisions with incomplete information. I focus on trade-offs and impact, treating decisions as iterative—making the best call with what’s known and adjusting as new insights emerge.

Ownership Beyond the Role

Working in an early-stage environment taught me that meaningful progress often happens outside clearly defined roles. I naturally take ownership where it creates the most impact, whether that’s within product or beyond formal responsibilities.

User-Centric Problem Solving

I aim to build products that users genuinely rely on by grounding decisions in real user needs and behavior, not assumptions.
